Where’s Lenny? By Ken Wilson-Max

Where’s Lenny?

By Ken Wilson-Max

Lenny may be little, but he loves to play hide and seek. Daddy counts slowly from one to ten then warns, “Ready or not, here I come!”  Daddy looks high and low: first in a cupboard, then in the kitchen, but no Lenny. Daddy keeps searching. By a window he finds Wilbur, their dog, but not Lenny. Daddy hears a strange bubbling noise, but this time it’s coming from their pet fish. Later, he finds Mommy who hasn’t seen Lenny either. Where could Lenny be hiding?

Wilson-Max’s charming board book text captures the playfulness of toddlers with very few words. His use of bright colors and the expressive faces of his characters will delight young readers. The larger than usual size of this board book will be perfect for either one-on-one sharing or for preschool story times. Highly recommended for inclusion in any home, school or public library.
